Shipping Policy
Handmade to Order
At Dassie, every tie, bow tie, and pocket square is carefully handmade. Because of this, items are scheduled in advance once an order is placed and paid in full to ensure each piece receives the time and attention it deserves.
Production Time
Production time will depend on the size of the order:

Small orders: approximately 2–5 working days

Medium to larger orders: 1–2 weeks

Large orders (60 items or more): 3–5 weeks
If you require your order sooner, rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee, depending on our production schedule.
We will always communicate the estimated production timeline once your order is confirmed.
Shipping within South Africa
Orders are shipped using PUDO by The Courier Guy.
Your order will be shipped as soon as possible once production is complete. Delivery time will depend on the PUDO locker locations and courier timelines.
Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs will be added to the quote.

Please ensure that your delivery details are correct when placing your order. Dassie cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect information.

Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, delivery timelines are managed by the courier service, but we will gladly assist with follow-ups if needed.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Dassie, each item is custom made and printed based on the design chosen and approved by the customer. Because of this, we have a strict policy regarding exchanges and refunds.
Custom Design Approval
Once a design has been selected and confirmed for printing, the fabric will be printed specifically for your order. For this reason:

Custom designs cannot be exchanged or refunded once production has started.
Fabric Colour Disclaimer
While we do our best to ensure colours are printed as accurately as possible, exact colour matching cannot be 100% guaranteed due to differences in screen displays, fabric absorption, and printing processes.
By confirming the design, you acknowledge that colour variations may occur and are considered part of the custom printing process, and therefore can not be exchanged or refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged during shipping or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work with you to resolve it.
